The prospect of dealing with contracts in our real estate investment businesses can seem very daunting. This is the stuff of courts and attorneys, law keepers and accountants. We can’t very well be counted on to handle and enforce our own contracts can we?

Investors can make money in wholesales, shortsales, rehabbing and even house flipping. Of course, this seems a little confusing to the new investor or even an investor looking to try a new investing strategy. In the most basic of real estate terms flipping is the purchase of property to hold for a very short period of time and then sell at a profit.
