Everyone is familiar with fixer upper houses. These are older homes or damaged homes that are really in need of some tender, loving care. They don’t normally make it onto the traditional real estate market because the average homebuyer doesn’t feel comfortable enough to live in a fixer upper all their own so realtors don’t take them.
